Years ago, my dad and I had an idea about opening a restaurant with an Island California theme. We decided on the name Calimons because Cali well is what it is and the "mon" was an island thing. Thus, the name was born. My father passed and the restaurant never came to be, but the signature line of hot sauces did! So, Jon Studeny this is for you. And of course, all of you who want to enjoy the greatest concoction of fresh homegrown peppers and Island mangoes and pineapple. Well. that's my opinion anyway. Enjoy!!!!!
